Orders

Orders are placed via WhatsApp or phone. An order is confirmed only after we reply and confirm quantity, price and delivery time.

Prices and payment

Dairy prices can change from day to day. The price confirmed by us at the time of your order applies. Payment is made on delivery or as agreed with us.

Delivery

We deliver in Layyah City and nearby areas, subject to confirmation of your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or supply.

Freshness and quality

Our dairy is fresh and should be refrigerated or boiled and consumed promptly. Please inspect your order on delivery and tell us immediately if there is a problem.

Cancellations and refunds

Because dairy is perishable, orders cannot be cancelled once prepared or dispatched. If a product is unsatisfactory, contact us the same day and we will try to replace or resolve it.
